Each case we make is initially cut and sewn on my kitchen table in Dallas, Texas. When I started cutting leather last year I was a complete novice. Thanks to YouTube I've learned a lot. Fortunately, the construction of the cases we sell is done by a master craftsman named Tony.
Once we're happy with the design we send the patterns to Tony in Secaucus and he builds them in quantity. We're only building 100 at a time now so he is able to handle the production himself. Eventually we hope to add a second craftsman, but for now, everything is prototyped by me here in Dallas and built by Tony in New Jersey. My daughter and I apply the Tudor crown to each item by hand before they are shipped out so we're responsible for the final inspect of each case before they're shipped to you.
The following pictures were taken with my iPhone as I made a MILLION mistakes and learned a lot. Hope you enjoy.
